ISLAMIC & MIDDLE EAST

This is both an offering of titles in stock and a bibliographic listing of other useful titles in the field. The best source of information on references is the leading dealer in the field, Stephen Album. His Checklist (below) discusses the literature under each dynasty heading, as well as general literature on p.12-13; request his printed books list. Jim Farr's online numismatic bibliography includes brief, critical reviews of many titles in this field. A great forum for discussing Islamic coins and literature is the Islamic Coin Groups site.
Listings with blue background are standard references or important generalized works for their category. Red author name links to a scan of the cover, and red title links to a sample page, or contents page. [Estimates] in parentheses are informational, not a for-sale offer. Please let me know of any new or missed works not listed here. I buy books. Libraries and single copies are wanted.   Small Order Charge under $10.
